What We Do

Translation For Print

As well as a complete one-stop print solution, we offer pre-press too. We have trade-only designers with many specialities, allowing us to match a customer's need to a supplier's solution. As well as design though, we are able to provide translation services.

We can typeset from hard copy in most languages and translate either way from one language to another. We can also use special character sets for languages which use them.

We can typeset in multiple languages for simultaneous printing in most countries and translate from one language to another for reproduction of documents in different countries. For example: if an annual report is to be printed simultaneously in the UK and Holland, we can typeset from hard copy in both languages, or translate into Dutch from English copy. We then handle the simultaneous printing of documents with our strategic partners around the world. If a publication has been successful in its originating country and language and a reprint is required in another, we perform a similar translation service and work with our worldwide partners to print "in market".

The "in market" concept works even when translation isn't required: a company based in the USA for example, may require reports produced for a conference which they are attending in the UK. To reduce shipping costs and carbon mileage, our US customers will send their files ahead and we print in the UK, ready for delivery to their UK venue. Similarly, if one of our customers in the UK is visiting the US, Europe, China etc. we work with our international partners to produce their work within their destination country.
