What
We Do
Large Format Printing
From a simple poster to a complete building wrap, we have the means of production.
At its most basic level, large-format is inkjet posters in A3, A2, A1 and A0 sizes. On a conventional reel-fed inkjet printer, the size of print is limited by the width of the reel of paper: typically 1.5 metres. The length of a print is limited by the length of the reel, which is usually 75 metres. It is via this means and with special papers that we are able to produce bespoke wallpaper.
These large-format prints can be mounted on a variety of substrates, including polyboard, Foamex, Kappa board, MDF and plastic. We can provide many hanging and standing mechanisms, depending on the application for the final product.
We can cut small quantities of large-format print to bespoke sizes by hand, for life-size cut-outs for example. For longer runs, we'll die-cut to shape on a platen press. We use cardboard engineering to cut and assemble items like DVD bins and promotional product stands for example.
We have access to equipment which can print at widths of up to seven metres and also direct to media. So, if you need something printed directly onto glass, wood, plastic or most other substrates, we can do that.
We can produce vehicle wraps for vehicular advertising, taxis and other commercial vehicles. Our CAD software contains the specifications for every make and model of vehicle, so that we can produce a wrap with graphics positioned correctly for the front, rear, sides and roof. We can also provide individual graphics for different vehicle panels where a complete wrap isn't necessary. We can produce T-signs for the sides of buses.
We have large-format variable-data technology, so that we can print a run of posters where each one is different. This has many applications in out-door advertising. For example, giving directions and a countdown of the distance to a venue.
Outdoor advertising is also covered by the vinyl banners which we can provide, as well as estate agent-style boards. We can use special wind-proof materials if necessary, as well as using UV light-resistant inks as standard, to protect against the elements. We can wrap a whole building in print if necessary.
Indoor solutions range from prints mounted on boards - as detailed above - through roll-up banner stands and curved or straight pop-up stands, to plinths, desks and complete exhibition stands, sometimes incorporating cardboard-engineered products.
We can supply vinyl lettering and graphics for application to a wall or window, as well as perspex and glass signs.
So whatever the large-format printing need, London Print Brokers have it covered.
